RESUME:
J. Mark Wiedmann, AIA Principal
Career Profile:
Mr. Wiedmann is the Principal in charge of design, programming, and
project team assembly. His primary responsibility is for the leadership
and management of the design and quality of detail for the firm's major
projects. With 20 years of experience, Mr. Wiedmann is an expert in all
aspects of residential design including the design of mid- and high-rise
multi-family residential. He has also been responsible for the
development and management of governmental facilities and development for
the United States Postal Service, Assisted Living Residential, Commercial, Retail, Office and other multidisciplinary/mixed
use projects. Mr. Wiedmann has won numerous awards and honors for his
work including Best in American Living Awards and an award for the design
of the "Francisville Housing Competition:
Innovations in Affordable Housing & Neighborhood Revitalization."
Mr. Wiedmann has also served as Chairman of AIA Philadelphia's Housing
Committee and is a plan reviewer for Professional Builder Magazine. He
has lectured on urban in-fill initiatives, and has been an NAHB
Convention speaker on the Design Committee. (more...)
