We are looking for individuals who have the education, experience,
intelligence and drive, to develop and deliver high quality,
Architectural Projects. We are Client-focused, fast-paced and enjoy what
we do!
Our current mix of projects include:

High-Rise and Mid-Rise Buildings (Residential over Retail over
Parking)

Automobile Showroom and Service Facilities,
·
Branch Financial Institution Facilities,
·
Commercial Centers,
·
Luxury Townhouse Communities,
·
Office Buildings,
·
Office and Maintenance Facilities for State and other Government
Agencies,
·
Master Planning, Site Feasibility and Yield Studies.
The Architect's duties will include:
Setting up and producing design and construction documents.
Interacting with Clients, Principals and other Staff members.
Attending Project Meetings.
Strategizing, developing and implementing systems to improve Project and
Company operations.
Candidates must have:
Ability to work in and eventually lead, in a team-oriented environment.
Knowledge of and ability to interpret, Building and other applicable
Codes. Commercial and Residential experience. Small to mid-size office
experience.
Entrepreneurial spirit and work ethic is a definite plus!
Our firm seeks individuals who are driven by Client satisfaction in a
team environment. Candidates must possess both technical capabilities as well
excellent interpersonal communication skills.
