PRINCIPAL:
J. Mark Wiedmann, AIA
Mr. Wiedmann is the Principal in charge of design and programming. His primary
responsibility is for the leadership and management of the design and
quality of detail for the firm's major projects. With 21 years of
experience, Mr. Wiedmann is an expert in all aspects of residential
design including mid- and high-rise multi-family residential. He has also
been responsible for the development and management of United States
Postal Service facilities, assisted living residential, commercial,
retail, office and other multidisciplinary/mixed use projects. Mr.
Wiedmann has won numerous awards and honors for his work including Best
in American Living Awards and an award for the design of the "Francisville Housing Competition: Innovations in
Affordable Housing & Neighborhood Revitalization." Mr. Wiedmann
has also served as Chairman of the AIA Philadelphia's Housing Committee
and is a plan reviewer for Professional Builder Magazine. He has lectured
on urban in-fill initiatives, and has been an NAHB Convention speaker on
the Design Committee.
